Will include a cleaning and care kit that was purchased with and never opened. I will assist with moving if needed but buyer will need to assist. This treadmill is very sturdy and that also means it is very heavy. If buyer prefers, I will disassemble and have ready to move upon arrival. The treadmill is currently assembled and will require some disassembly prior to moving. The quality is very good and in my opinion is as good as any treadmill I've used in a gym. The treadmills is basically new as it has been used less than 15 hours. Instead of using it for a clothes rack I have decided to cut my losses and sell it sooner rather than later. I purchased the treadmill new from HSN 2 months ago and unfortunately cant find the time and/or motivation.
